Jane enjoyed a career as a Food Buyer. Her belief that the quality of our food directly affects our health, inspired her to set up the first group of Soil Association approved organic restaurants.
This led to a growing interest in a holistic lifestyle and she qualified as a Holistic Therapist and Reiki Master.
Chris has always had a passion for food and is a trained chef. His career culminated in managing BA Catering at Heathrow where he was responsible for the production of 50,000 meals per day. He was proud to cater Concorde for several years.
Chris and Jane set up Chestnuts Boutique B&B and Glastonbury Holistic Therapy in 2006 to offer both hospitality and healing in the relaxing atmosphere at Chestnuts.
